Louisville, Ky. – May 26, 2010 -- Humana Military Healthcare Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Humana Inc. (NYSE:HUM), has learned from the Department of Defense’s TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) that TMA intends to issue a new amendment regarding submission of Final Proposal Revisions for the T-3 TRICARE South Region contract. The revised date for submission of bids has not been determined, but will likely be after the Memorial Day holiday.

Humana Military intends to submit its revised bid on or before the new deadline to be set by TMA.
