LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 2016-- Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend to stockholders of $0.29 per share payable on October 28, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 13, 2016.

As contemplated by the Company’s merger agreement with Aetna Inc., Humana has aligned the record and payment dates of this quarterly dividend with those of Aetna’s next expected quarterly dividend.
