Vicki Perryman

Vicki Perryman serves as Senior Vice President of Consumer & Provider Services and Solutions (CPSS). In this role, Vicki is responsible for transforming Humana’s customer experiences and optimizing global operations in support of members’ utilization of their benefits and access to providers for the care they need. She is a member of the company’s Management Team Extended, which assists the Management Team in setting out and executing on the company’s strategic business goals.

Prior to joining Humana in 2017, she served as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of eBay Marketplace’s Global Customer Experience, where she successfully built innovative customer experiences and cross-border trade solutions.

Vicki earned her BA in accounting from Michigan State University and her MBA from Northern Illinois University. Vicki also serves as a Healthcare Advisory Board Member for Minerva CQ, a real-time conversation intelligence start-up.
