Tracy Nolan

Tracy Nolan is Humana’s Senior Vice President of MarketPoint, where she is responsible for leading an omni-channel sales strategy for our individual Medicare line of business while meeting organizational targets for new membership, retention and engagement. She is a member of the Company’s Management Team Extended, which assists the Management Team in setting out and executing on the company’s strategic goals.

Prior to joining Humana in 2022, Tracy most recently served as the Senior Vice-President of T-Mobile’s Consumer Sales organization leading a team of over 20,000 employees across the company in both retail and distributor/dealer channels. Prior to the Sprint/T-Mobile merger, she held several senior leadership roles at Sprint across the Consumer Sales organization, including President, National Sales, Strategy and Operations.

Tracy is a graduate of Clarkson University, where she majored in Marketing Research and Information Systems. She continued her executive education at the Harvard Business School and Terry Business School at the University of Georgia. In 2023, Tracy also completed the certification to become a Licensed Insurance Producer.
