Jessica Clark

Jessica Clark serves as Senior Vice President of Healthcare Quality Reporting and Improvement (HQRI). In this role, she’s responsible for the enterprise strategy to achieve excellence in the measures that impact the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Stars ratings, and she leads Risk Adjustment operations accounting for the overall health and expected medical costs of members. Jessica is a member of the Company’s Management Team Extended, which assists the Management Team in setting out and executing on the company’s strategic business goals.

Prior to her current role, Jessica led a team in Humana’s Clinical Services organization, providing program and initiative support across all clinical areas. She joined Humana in 2012 from Accenture, a management consulting firm, where she most recently served as Senior Manager.

Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, with a minor in Finance, from Miami University (Ohio). She also serves on the Board of Directors of Kids Cancer Alliance, a non-profit charity that seeks to enhance the quality of life for children with cancer through recreational events, meal programs, and financial support.
