Eric Tagliere

Eric Tagliere serves as the Chief Technology Officer. Eric is accountable for Associate Collaboration and Productivity, Contact Center Platforms, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Data Platforms, Infrastructure Operations and Engineering and M&A Technology Integration. Eric is a member of the Company’s Management Team Extended, which assists the Management Team in setting out and executing on the company’s strategic business goals.

Prior to joining Humana in 2020, Eric served as the Global CTO of Marriott International where he led a team of 3,000+ technologists across application development, enterprise architecture and technology strategy. He led innovation, driving Marriott's digital platforms, consumer experience and core operations as he transformed enterprise technology to the cloud.

Eric is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics and Economics. He is a CTO Forum Advisory Board Member. He is also on the board of trustees for the National Center for Children and Families in Bethesda, MD.
