Robert S. Field

Robert S. Field was initially elected to the Board in April 2026. Since 2014, Mr. Field has held the position of Principal and Managing Member of nMed Capital Management LLC, an investment firm focused on U.S. healthcare services companies, primarily in the managed care industry. He previously served as a senior analyst at Luxor Capital, a multi-strategy investment fund, where he led healthcare services investments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Field worked as an associate at McKinsey & Company, focused on corporate and business strategy and previously practiced antitrust law at Vinson & Elkins LLP.

Mr. Field earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Texas at Austin, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas School of Law, and a Master of Arts degree in philosophy from Johns Hopkins University.

The Board believes that Mr. Field, having more than two decades as a healthcare investor, will bring meaningful insights to the Board. Mr. Field’s deep expertise across investment evaluation, risk oversight, and capital allocation, along with his strong understanding of legal and regulatory dynamics in the healthcare sector, will be valuable as the Company executes its strategy to drive profitable, sustainable growth and long-term shareholder value.
